Civilian draws on “grandeur” of early cinemas for Sandbox Films offices

New York studio Civilian has designed the headquarters for a documentary production company in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, which includes an art deco-influenced screening room. Asteroid City exhibition immerses visitors in Wes Anderson’s Americana film sets

Tbilisi’s Blueberry Nights hotel makes “people feel like they’re inside a movie”

Georgian architect Sandro Takaishvili has converted an apartment building in Tbilisi into a hotel, with interiors informed by his love of cinema and movie projectors in all 16 rooms.
