The building is located in the heart of Bohemian Forest with a view of Lipno lake. This cabin was built in a place where an old wooden cabin used to be. It is designed to provide the perfect base for nearby mountain sports in all conditions.

Sitting on a flag lot at the corner of Lido Beach, this 2,625 sq. ft. prefab home serves as a summer house for a professor / writer and her family. The home attempts to establish a relationship to the surrounding dunes and beach while still being referential to its cozy neighborhood.

Undulating through a small island of greenery, winding walkways unfold to reach a main enclosure displaying the colors of the region.
Inspired by the Californian domestic experience of the 1950s, this house is resolved through a modular system that serves as an envelope. The skin, an industrial and standardized coating, was marking the rhythm of the full and empty.
This site is located on Herman’s Island, on the South Shore of Nova Scotia along a section of remote, shoreline facing back into Mahone Bay, Nova Scotia. At this remote location, along the forested west-facing beach edge of the lot they wanted to create both a functional space for boat storage and a leisurely, Zen place for connecting to the water, and the western sunsets. Planning restrictions limit ocean-side development to boathouses only. This restriction was embraced in the design, as a way of re-enforcing the elemental, maritime nature of the structure and the siting.
The design of the new convent took place through a long-time participatory processwhich allowed us to focus on a complex functional program that combined the requests related to the lifestyle of the clients, religious dedicated to prayer, hospitality and to fraternal life, with the needs deriving from the climatic and social conditions of the site. The Convent is situated in the neighborhood of São Cristóvão, one of the most dangerous and fragile of Salvador.
This is a home for a young family of four with a great affinity for sports and art located in the suburbs of Prague. The terrain of this property slopes slightly away from the driveway, allowing us to locate the parking on the roof of this one story home, which leaves the main part of the house not visible from the outside except for a volume of the garage. In the ground floor four separate wings each with different function are connected in the main hall which accommodates a curved concrete staircase, a main entrance to the house.

Having delivered prestigious retail spaces, including the four-storeys Thom Sweeney townhouse in London’s Mayfair, Nenmar was appointed to translate Emilia Wickstead’s timeless and elegant simplicity into a sophisticated and effortless interior space.
