Techstorm Headquarter Industrial Park / DUTS design

DUTS team provides design total solution with planning architecture, interiors and landscape for Techstorm. Three years later, the headquarters industrial park has completed construction and put into use in 2022. The brand-new Techstorm Headquarter Park includes humanized office space, a brand-new modern factory, a R&D center equipped with world-class equipment and advanced production lines. DUTS team also innovatively integrates more public cultural space experiences into industrial buildings and offices, creating the complex headquarters office park with a “museum experience”.

Two senior faculty members have resigned from Californian architecture school SCI-Arc after an investigation was launched into the labour practices of the school’s staff this spring. Undergraduate chair Tom Wiscombe and history and theory coordinator Marrikka Trotter have both resigned from their positions at the Southern California Institute of Architecture, which is better known as SCI-Arc.

The house’s distribution seeks to establish a program composition which was subdivided into several different programmatic blocks. This spatial organization optimize the plot use, creating spaces that merge the residence and the garden. A large green square, permeated by an artificial lake is the centralizing element among the built volumes.
