There are several remedies that would make resistance of the diagonal cracks in outside corner of the building:

* Trees should be plant minimum 2 meters distanced from the boundary of the house.

* The foundation of the building should not be based on shrinkable clay soil. If it is necessary, upsurge the depth of foundation- it should be lied on a level where the crack ends.

* Cover the boundary of the house by applying 2 m wide flexible waterproof apron
* Arrange essential foundation depth for foundation system.
